Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem motivací a stimulací zaměstnanců ve společnosti Nutricia a.s.. Cílem práce bude analýza motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a na jejím základě tvorba návrhu zlepšení současného stavu.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of motivation and stimulation of employees in the company Nutricia a.s .. The aim of the thesis will be to analyze the motivation and stimulation of employees in the selected company and on its basis to create a proposal to improve the current situation.
