How do high school students perceive their own physical activity and physical education?

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou „Jak vnímají studenti střední školy vlastní pohybovou aktivitu a tělesnou výchovu“. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a definice související s danou problematikou – pohybová aktivita, sport, tělesná výchova a jejich provázanost se zdravím a zdravým životním stylem. Dále je stručně charakterizován pojem adolescent a je nastíněna problematika sportovně pohybové aktivity středoškoláků. Praktická část se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumnému šetření, jehož cílem je zjistit, jak právě sami studenti vnímají vlastní pohybovou aktivitu a tělesnou výchovu. Cílem výzkumu je rovněž zjištění konkrétních důvodů, které ovlivňují vztah středoškoláků ke sportu.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the question „The way in which secondary school students perceive their own kinetic activities and physical education“. The theoretical part brings definitions of fundamental terms related to this area – kinetic activity, sport, physical education and their correlation to health and healthy lifestyle. This part also defines the term „adolescent“ and adumbrates problems in the area of sporting and kinetic activities of secondary students. The practical part is dedicated to the qualitative research survey focused on discovery the way in which students themselves percieve their own kinetic activities and physical education. Subsequent aim is detection of particular reasons affecting attitude students´ attitude to sport.
