Cílem této diplomové práce je provedení analýzy příčin a důsledků trestných činů z nenávisti a předsudečné nenávisti, analýzy osobnosti pachatelů takovýchto činů a jejich obětí. Obětem trestných činů z nenávisti a předsudečné nenávisti, jejich právům a pomoci, která by jim měla být poskytnuta, je v práci věnována primární pozornost, neboť právě na ně mají uvedené činy největší dopad.
