Comparative Analysis of the Chinese Influence in the Visegrad Group Countries

Abstract:

V posledních letech je Čína spojována se státy Střední a Východní Evropy z důvodů rostoucích vlivů Číny v těchto zemích. Problematika získává pozornost v mnoha odborných kruzích a je považována za kontroverzní téma. Proto se tato bakalářská práce zabývá státy Visegradské skupiny a tím, jaký vliv má Čína na tyto státy v politické, ekonomické a kulturní oblasti. Cílem práce je porovnat spolupráci a politický, ekonomický a kulturní vliv Čínské lidové republiky na státy Visegradské skupiny. Výzkumnou otázkou bakalářské práce je, zda Čína ovlivňuje politiku, kulturu a ekonomiku v zemích V4. Práce začíná teoretickým vymezením jednotlivých pojmů a pokračuje popisem Visegradské skupiny. Dále se zabývá vztahy mezi jednotlivými státy a Čínou a v konečné části popisuje samotné vlivy Číny na politiku, ekonomiku a kulturu. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné poznatky o vlivu Číny na politiku, kulturu a ekonomiku v zemích Visegradské skupiny.

Abstract:

In recent years, China has been associated with Central and Eastern European countries because of China's growing influence in these countries. The issue is gaining attention in many scholarly circles and is considered a controversial topic. Therefore, this bachelor's thesis deals with the Visegrad Group states and how China has influenced these states in the political, economic and cultural spheres. The aim of the thesis is to compare the cooperation and political, economic and cultural influence of the People's Republic of China on the Visegrad Group states. The research question of the bachelor thesis is whether China influences politics, culture and economy in the V4 countries. The thesis starts with a theoretical definition of each concept and continues with a description of the Visegrad Group. It then discusses the relations between the countries and China and in the final part describes the actual influences of China on politics, economy and culture. The thesis concludes with a summary of the findings on China's influence on politics, culture and economy in the Visegrad Group countries.
