Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na syndrom vyhoření u manažerů s cílem identifikovat hlavní příčiny syndromu vyhoření a navrhnout účinná preventivní opatření před vznikem zkoumaného problému. K naplnění cílů práce byly zpracovány hloubkové rozhovory s manažery postiženými syndromem vyhoření a profesionálním koučem. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the burnout syndrome in managers with the aim of identifying the main causes of the burnout syndrome and proposing an effective preventive measure before the problem under investigation arises.
