Community Protection of Trademarks and Industrial Designs in the Context of the Enlargement of the EU
Abstract:
Tato disertační práce pojednává o ochraně poskytované ochranným známkám a průmyslovým vzorům v rámci Evropského společenství v souvislosti s vlivem rozšíření Evropské unie na vztah mezi systémem národních ochranných známek a průmyslových vzorů v nových členských státech a komunitárních ochranných známek a průmyslových vzorů.
Abstract:
This Dissertation deals with the protection provided to trademarks and (industrial) designs within the European Community in conjunction with the impact of the enlargement of the European Union on the relationship between the system of national trademarks and industrial designs in new Member States and Community trademarks and industrial designs.
