Předkládána diplomová práce je zaměřena na proklamovanou absolutnost zákazu mučení. Odráží historii, a následně zakotvení práva nebýt mučen či podroben jinému špatnému zacházení nebo trestání ze strany státu, a to jak na univerzální, tak na partikulární mezinárodní úrovni. This submmited master thesis is focused on the proclaimed absolute character of prohibition of torture.
