Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce sú rodové nerovnosti na trhu práce, a to najmä tie, ktoré sú prítomné v podnikaní. The subject of this thesis are gender inequalities in labour market, especially those that are present in entrepreneurship. The aim of this thesis is to provide the theoretical background on the gender gap in entrepreneurship and to focus on obstacles and different treatment of women, who want to become entrepreneurs.
