Abstract:

DEYLOVÁ, Kristýna. Sociální podniky v cestovním ruchu ve vybraném regionu. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2016. 72 stran. Tato bakalářská práce je věnována analýze sociálních podniků a sociálního podnikání v ČR a v Praze v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Tato práce se zaměřuje na definování sociálních podniků, zkoumáním jejich specificit v porovnání s klasickým podnikem, jejich přínosů a dále pak na analýzu sociálních podniků, sociální ekonomiky, sociálního cestovního ruchu a problematice tohoto odvětví v České republice a v Praze. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na tři části. První částí je část teoreticko-metodologická. Ta pojednává o sociálním podnikání jako o pojmu, vymezuje a definuje sociální podnik, představuje sociální ekonomiku, pojednává o historii a vývoji, poukazuje na situaci této ekonomiky jak v ČR, tak v Praze. V druhé části je analytické zpracování sociálních podniků v ČR s hlavním zaměřením na jejich pomoc bývalým drogově závislým za použití dvou interview představitelů Pracovní a sociální agentury a sociálního podniku Café Therapy, dále pak i za použití online dotazníkové šetření. V návrhové části je pak představen konkrétní návrh na založení sociálního podniku v Praze.

Abstract:

DEYLOVÁ, Kristýna. Social tourism businesses in the selected region. [Bachelor´s Dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2016. 72 pages. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of social enterprise and social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic and Prague in the field of tourism. This work focuses on defining social enterprises, examining their specificities compared to the traditional enterprise, their benefits and subsequently to the analysis of social enterprises, social economy, social tourism and the issues of this sector in the Czech Republic and Prague. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical-methodological. It deals with social entrepreneurship as a concept, it defines a social enterprise is the social economy, discusses the history and development, refers to the situation of the economy in both the Czech Republic and Prague. The second part is the analytical processing of social enterprises in the Czech Republic with a primary focus on their help to former drug addicts using two interview representatives of the Labour and Social agency and the social enterprise Café Therapy followed by an online survey. The design part then introduces a specific proposal to establish a social enterprise in Prague.
