Bakalářská práce se zabývá komplexní analýzou konkurenčního prostředí firmy Saker, spol. s r. o.. Tato analýza se vztahuje na konkurenci v rámci celého výrobního portfolia společnosti. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. The bachelor thesis is based on complex analysis of the competitive environment of company Saker, Ltd. This analysis applies to the competition within the whole manufacturing portfolio of the company. The thesis consists of two parts.
