Analysis of both pension insurance at commercial insurance company and supplementary pension plan

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou důchodového pojištění u komerční pojišťovny a penzijního připojištění se státním příspěvkem u penzijního fondu. V současné době se Česká republika připravuje na celkovou reformu penzijního systému a proto je v zájmu veřejnosti nalézt produkty vhodné k navýšení starobního důchodu. V této práci se obecně seznámíme s důchodovým systémem, jeho historií a současnou reformou. Následuje pojednání věnované důchodovému pojištění, konstrukci starobního důchodu a obecným výpočtům pojistného u komerční pojišťovny. Další kapitola popisuje penzijní připojištění se státním příspěvkem a obecné postupy výpočtů penzí a podílu na hospodaření penzijního fondu. V analytické části se nejdříve porovnávají penzijní fondy, dále následuje samotná komparace produktů z hlediska délky spoření, výše měsíčně ukládané částky, daňových úlev a státního příspěvku. V závěru je doporučeno jak postupovat při výběru vhodné společnosti a produktu.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the analysis of pension insurance with Commercial Insurance Company and additional pension insurance with governmental contribution kept at a retirement fund. The Czech Republic is now preparing for the overall pension system restructuring and that is why it is necessary, in the public interest, to find products which would increase retirement pension. This thesis offers a general description of pension insurance, its history and current reform. Further, the thesis presents a discourse dedicated to retirement pension, retirement pension structure, and general pension insurance calculations with the Commercial Insurance Company. Next chapter describes additional pension insurance with governmental contribution and general procedures of pension insurance calculations and the share in the retirement fund management. The retirement funds are compared in the analytical part, and an independent comparison of products from the point of view of the lengths of savings, the quantity of saved month amount, tax allowances and governmental contribution follow. In conclusion, the recommendation of procedures of choosing an appropriate company and products is given.
