Similarities and Forms of Cooperation between Kindergarten and Parents

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá formami spolupráce mateřské školy s rodiči a jejich podobou v praxi. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány existující formy spolupráce z dostupné odborné literatury a dalších teoretických pramenů. Průzkumná část je věnována skutečným podobám spolupráce. Obsahuje zhodnocení toho, jak vybrané mateřské školy spolupracují s rodiči a jaké zpětné vazby se jim ze strany rodičů dostává. K získání potřebných údajů byla použita dotazníková a projektivní metoda. Výsledkem šetření je zjištění obecného naladění obou stran ke spolupráci, vyskytující se překážky a rozměr spokojenosti s aktuálním stavem.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with existing cooperation forms between kindergartens and parents and their existing similarities in practice. In the theoretical part are described forms of collaboration from available literature and other theoretical sources. The practical research in the thesis is concentrated on cooperation forms in reality. It contains the evaluation of collaboration between particular kindergartens and parents and what kind of feedback kindergartens receive from parents. The projective and questionnaire methodologies were used to gain needed data. As a result of the research comes up a finding of general readiness of both involved parties to the collaboration, existing obstacles and the level of satisfaction with current status.
