Bakalářská práce se zabývá apelačním systémem VOC (vína originální certifikace) Valtice. Záměrem je přiblížit problematiku terroir, což je fenomén, na němž jsou VOC značení založena. Práce charakterizuje VOC Valtice z pohledu půdních, geologických a klimatologických. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with VOC system (wine of certified origin) Valtice. The intention is to describe the term terroir, a phenomenon, on which VOC labeling is based. The work further characterises VOC Valtice in terms of soil, geological and climatological conditions.
