Criteria for newly given citizenship in Czech republic for the purpose of greater integration of migrants

Abstract:

Teoretická část problematiky analyzuje jednotlivá kritéria k nabytí občanství z pohledu zajištění bezpečnosti státu. Je proveden návrh zpřísnění kritérií za účelem faktické vazby a zároveň dostatečné integrace žadatele o udělení státního občanství České republiky. Praktická část práce analyzuje možnosti vštípení žádoucích hodnot usídleným cizincům, kteří usilují o postupné zvyšování pobytových oprávnění vedoucích k postupnému zisku státního občanství ČR. Cílem práce je analýza kritérií nově uděleného občanství dle civilizačních hodnot a vymezení způsobu integrace nově příchozích žadatelů usilujících o získání státního občanství ČR v prostředí, kde se má využít jejich přínosu pro společnost. V průběhu vymezení klíčových priorit integrace cizinců se projevila nedostatečná opatření uznávaná státem z hlediska uplatnitelnosti migrantů v různorodých oblastech. Výzkumná otázka přinesla nikoli jen na příkladech z praxe odpověď v nedostatečných integračních opatřeních státu v procesu udělení státního občanství.

Abstract:

The theoretical part analyses the individual criteria for gaining the citizenship from the point of view of securing the homeland security. There is a proposal to tighten the criteria for factual bond and at the same time sufficient integration of the applicant for Czech citizenship. The practical part analyzes the possibilities of instilling desirable values for settled foreigners who strive for gradual increase of residence permits leading to gradual gain of Czech citizenship. The most important discovered proposals to improve the condition of integration process leading to the suppression of differences are described in the survey summary. During the definition of the key priorities of the foreigners´ integration, there were insufficient measures recognized by the state in terms of the applicability of migrants in diverse areas. The research question has brought the answer to the insufficient integration measures of the state in the process of granting citizenship. The goals of the work have been fulfilled.
