Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit vliv odštěpení obchodního jmění, s rozhodným dnem stanoveným k 1. 1. 2015, na finanční zdraví společnosti CNC TVAR s.r.o. Vliv odštěpení je hodnocen pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy, které analyzují období mezi roky 2012 až 2016. Dalšími podpůrnými metodami zhodnocení vlivu odštěpení jsou benchmarking a makroekonomická analýza. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje rozdělení obchodních společností, nástroje finanční analýzy, makroekonomickou analýzu a benchmarking. Praktická část popisuje projekt rozdělení, aplikuje nástroje finanční analýzy, provádí makroekonomickou analýzu a srovnává společnost s českými konkurenty v odvětví výroby vodních turbín.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the influence of the split of business assets, with the decisive date set on January 1, 2015, on the financial health of the company CNC TVAR s.r.o. The impact of splitting is assessed by using financial analysis tools that analyze the period between 2012 and 2016. Other supportive methods for assessing the impact of splitting are benchmarking and macroeconomic analysis. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the spin-off of the business companies, financial analysis tools, macroeconomic analysis and benchmarking. The practical part describes the draft terms of division, applies financial analysis tool, performs macroeconomic analysis and compares the company with Czech competitors in the water energy sector.
