Possibilities of cooperation between social workers of "OSPOD" and workers of non-profit organization with registered Field service in family rehabilitation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o spoluprací mezi sociálními pracovníky sociálně právní ochrany dětí a pracovníků terénních služeb poskytovaných neziskovou organizací v rámci sanace rodiny. V teoretické části jsem vysvětlila základní pojmy a specifické podmínky, které ovlivňují (negativně či pozitivně) vzájemnou spolupráci pracovníků terénní služby i sociálních pracovníků sociálně právní ochrany dětí. V kontextu multidisciplinární/ interdisciplinární spolupráce jsem popsala kroky probíhající ve třech úrovních, které na základě zkušeností vedou k efektivní spolupráci. Metodická část obhajuje volbu kvalitativní výzkumné metody a techniky sběru dat, tedy rozhovor pomocí návodu. Pomocí interpretace rozhovorů, které byly provedeny se sociálními pracovníky sociálně právní ochrany dětí a pracovníky terénní služby, jsem zjišťovala jaké zkušenosti a představy o efektivní spolupráci v rámci sanace rodiny mají tito pracovníci.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with cooperation between social workers of child protection and workers of field services provided by non-profit organizations in family rehabilitation. In the theoretical part, I explained the basic concepts and specific conditions that affect (positively or negatively) the mutual cooperation of workers of field services and social workers of child protection. In the context of multidisciplinary / interdisciplinary cooperation, I described three steps, based on experience, leading to effective cooperation. The methodological part describes the choice of qualitative research methods and data collection techniques, which means half-structured interview. Using the interpretation of the interviews, that have been carried out with social workers of child protection and workers of field services, I inquired their experience and ideas of effective cooperation in the family rehabilitation.
