Abstract:

Diplomová práce zpracovává tématiku Vymáhání pohledávek. Práce obsahuje přehled možností vymáhání pohledávek v České republice, způsob a popis efektivního vymáhání pohledávek nejen mimosoudním vymáháním, ale i soudním řízením, exekucí, insolvencí či v případě vyhlášení úpadku jeho řešení. V Práci je také kladen důraz na představení vymáhání pohledávek z ekonomického hlediska, ale i z hlediska účetního s důrazem na ucelené zobrazení dopadu pohledávek na účetní zůstatek a následně tak na počáteční zůstatek firmy pro nový účetní rok. Pro zpracování této diplomové práce byly využity data poskytnuté Městskou částí Praha – Řeporyje. Data za rok 2016 a 2017 účetního období jsou v Práci analyzovány a v určitých aspektech vzájemně srovnány. Výsledky analýzy a vzájemného srovnání dat z obou let, byly využity k návrhu a doporučení efektivnějšího vymáhání pohledávek po splatnosti. Zároveň byly požádána společnost Autodoprava Radoslav Pacner k poskytnutí údajů a dat ze své účetní knihy ke zpracování příkladu praktické části. Společnost Autodoprava poskytla údaje za roky 2015, 2016 a 2017, které byly autorem zpracovány a výsledky vyhodnoceny. Výsledky byly majiteli Společnosti předloženy jako doporučení pro efektivnější vymáhací proces. Prezentované výsledky jsou založené na studium odborné literatury a zpracováním účetních dat a inventarizace Městské části Praha – Řeporyje i Autodopravy Radoslav Pacner.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of Debt Recovery. The thesis contains an overview of the possibilities of recovering debts in the Czech Republic, the way and description of effective recovery of receivables not only through extrajudicial enforcement, but also through legal proceedings, execution, insolvency or in the event of deciding the bankruptcy of its solution. The thesis also emphasizes the presentation of the recovery of receivables from an economic aspect, but also from the accounting aspect, with an emphasis on a comprehensive view of the impact of receivables on the balance of the balance sheet and consequently on the initial balance of the company for the new accounting year. The data provided by the Prague - Řeporyje City Disctrict were used for this Diploma thesis. The data for the 2016 and 2017 accounting periods are analyzed in the thesis and compared in some aspects. The results of the analysis and the mutual comparison of data from both years were used to design and recommend a more efficient recovery of overdue receivables. At the same time, Autodoprava Radoslav Pacner has been asked to provide data and data from its accounting books to prepare an example of the practical part. Trucking company provided data for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017 have been prepared by the author and the results evaluated. The results were presented to the Company's owners as a recommendation for a more efficient enforcement process. The presented results are based on the study of professional literature and the processing of accounting data and inventory of the Prague - Řeporyje City District and also Autodoprava Radoslav Pacner.
