Cieľom predloženej práce je vysvetliť pojem reálne opcie a ich hi- stóriu, popísať metódy investičného rozhodovania, použitie reálnych opcií v praxi.Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. V prvej kapitole je opí- sane investičné rozhodovanie, špecifiká investícií a ich delenie.
