Development Trends of Contractual Process
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem uzavírání smluv a tendencí vývoje tohoto procesu. V práci je zahrnut rovněž historický vývoj kontraktace. Práce popisuje současnou situaci po zavedení nového občanského zákoníku. Ze získaných poznatků budou identifikovány problematické oblasti a budou vytvořeny návrhy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the contracting proces and the development trends of this proces. In the thesis is included also the historical development of contract. The thesis describes the current situation after the introduction of the new Civil Code. From the acquired knowledge will be identified problematic areas and will be created proposals de lege ferenda.
