Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou daňových úniků na daních z příjmů a postupů k jejich odhalování. Práce v úvodu seznamuje s podstatou a principy fungování daně z příjmů, následně se zaměřuje na výklad pojmů daňový únik, daňový podvod a rozebírá postupy daňového řízení. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of tax evasion concerning income tax and the methods of its detecting. In the introduction of the thesis the basic principles of income tax operations are presented. Next, the work focuses on term definitions of tax evasion, tax fraud and the methods of tax procedure are analysed.
