Inplementation of the quality management system in the construction company DUO-STAV s.r.o.
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na systém řízení kvality ve společnosti. Cílem je na základě analýzy pojetí kvality ve společnosti Stavitelství DUO-STAV s.r.o. identifikovat vybrané oblasti s prioritní potřebou implementace systému řízení kvality a navrhnout možný způsob její implementace.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on a quality management system in a surveyed company. The main target of the thesis is to analyse the concept of quality in the company Stavitelství DUO-STAV s.r.o. Subsequently to identify selected areas with priority needs of management quality system implementation and propose a method of implementation.
