Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Hana Belejová Ph.D. Praha 2021. 63 s. Tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelský proces u dítěte s akutní lymfoblastickou leukemií po transplantaci kmenových buněk. Teoretická část obsahuje čtyři hlavní kapitoly. První kapitola obecně představuje onemocnění kostní dřeně. Jsou zde zahrnuta častá, ale i závažná onemocnění. Jedná se o choroby vyžadující specifickou a mnohdy náročnou léčbu. Druhá kapitola se věnuje vybranému hematoonkologickému onemocnění, kterým je akutní lymfoblastická leukemie, včetně symptomů, diagnostiky, léčby, komplikací a prognózy nemoci. Předposlední kapitola teoretické části vysvětluje, co to transplantace je a jaké jsou její typy. Poslední kapitola uzavírá teoretickou část, současně jde o nejrozsáhlejší a nejpodstatnější část v teoretické části. Věnuje se kompletní ošetřovatelské péči na transplantační jednotce před, v průběhu a především po transplantaci kmenových buněk. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u pacienta po transplantaci kmenových buněk. Nejprve byl posouzen celkový stav pacienta, poté stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy, cíle, navrhnuty intervence a zpracována jejich realizace. Ošetřovatelský proces byl následně vyhodnocen. V závěru praktické části jsou navržena doporučení pro praxi.

Leader of the work:. Praha 2021. 63 pages. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the nursing process of the child with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia after the transplantation of stem cells. The theoretical part includes four main chapters. The first one generally introduces the bone marrow disease and includes both frequent and serious diseases. These illnesses require some specific and often demanding treatment. The second chapter is dedicated to the chosen hematooncological disease which is the acute lymphoblastic leukaemia including its symptoms, diagnostics, treatment, complications, and prognosis of the illness. The following chapter explains what the transplantation is and introduces its types. The last chapter which concludes the theoretical part is the most extensive and the most important at this section. It is dedicated to the complete nursing process at the transplantation unit before the transplantation of the stem cells, during the process of the transplantation and the most importantly after the transplantation of the stem cells. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated o the nursing process of the patient after the transplantation of the stem cells. At first the overall condition of the patient was analysed. Then the nursing diagnoses and aims were determined. Thereafter the interventions were suggested, and its realization was processed. The paper then evaluates the nursing process. The conclusion of the practical part suggests some recommendations for the practice.
