Abstract:

Cílem tohoto kvalitativního výzkumu je popsat vybraná specifika a charakteristiky globálního rozvojového vzdělávání v oblasti témat migrace z pohledu pracovníků českých neziskových organizací, které se touto problematikou zabývají. Konkrétní specifika se týkají specifičnosti tématu, cílů, metod, spolupráce s cílovými skupinami, kompetencí lektora/metodika, přínosů, problémů, rolí GRV v integračním procesu a perspektivou GRV pro sociální práci s migranty. Práce sestává z teoretických východisek a výzkumné části. V teorii jsem vymezila GRV a jeho cíle, popsala jeho realizaci, pojednala o tématu migrace v GRV a charakterizovala konkrétní vzdělávací činnost organizací zabývajících se migrací v GRV. V další kapitole jsem se zabývala migrací jako takovou. Nejdříve jsem charakterizovala základní pojmy, poté se zabývala statistikami počtu cizinců a žadatelů o mezinárodní ochranu v ČR, pokusila se zachytit postoje české společnosti k migraci, následně jsem specifikovala sociální práci s migranty a nastínila roli majoritní společnosti v integračním procesu. Ve výzkumné části jsem nejprve stanovila cíl a výzkumné otázky, poté jsem popsala metodologii a analýzu dat. Na závěr jsem podala výsledky výzkumu a shrnutí.

Abstract:

The objective of this qualitative research is to describe selected specifics and characteristics of global development education in the area of the topic of migration from the perspective of the Czech workers in non-profit organisations, dealing with these issues. Particular specifics are related to the specificity of the topic, objectives, methods, cooperation with target groups, competencies of language assistant/methodologist, benefits, problems, role of GDE in the integration process and perspective of GDE for social work with migrants. The thesis consists of theoretical and research part. The theoretical part defines GDE and its goals, describes its realization, deals with the topic of migration in GDE and characterizes particular educational activity of organizations focused on migration in GDE. Further on, it deals with migration defining basic terms and presenting statistics of foreigners and applicants for international protection in the Czech Republic, and also aiming to describe the attitudes of the Czech society to migration, specify social work with migrants and outline the role of the majority society in the integration process. The research part, introduces research objective and research questions and describes the methodology and presents analysis of data results and summary.
