Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analýza kompetencí Celní správy ČR v oblasti mezinárodní dopravy s ohledem na jejich současnou právní úpravu, a zda je právní úprava svěřených kompetencí dostatečná.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to analyze the competence of Customs Administration ČR in international transport with regard to their current legislation and that the legislation conferred sufficient powers.
