Abstract:
Tato práce se v první části zabývá teoretickými východisky učící se organizace. Popisuje její charakteristiky, metody a formy. Druhá, výzkumná část aplikuje tyto teoretické poznatky v praxi.
Abstract:
In the first part this work deals with the theoretical data of a self-learning organization. It describes its characteristics, methods and forms. Second, exploration part applies this theoretical data to practice.
