Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je nalézt odpověď na otázku „K jakým subjektivně vnímaným osobním změnám dochází u osob vykonávajících trest odnětí svobody v důsledku působení resocializačních programů realizovaných ve vězeňském prostředí?“. Bakalářská práce „Vliv resocializačních programů na osoby ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody ve Věznici Kuřim“ pojednává o trestání, výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a jeho účelu, struktuře vězeňského systému v České republice a historii a současnosti Věznice Kuřim. Dále se zabývá resocializací v obecné rovině, resocializačními programy aplikovanými v podmínkách výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a strukturou a obsahovou náplní resocializačních programů realizovaných ve věznici Kuřim. Zdůrazňuje důvěru jako důležitou a nezbytnou součást pro dosažení efektivního účinku resocializačního procesu. Popisuje subjektivně vnímané přínosy pro frekventanty těchto programů, působení resocializačních programů na hodnotový systém osob ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, na jejich prožívání, oblast utváření a udržování mezilidských vztahů, jejich sebevědomí, na podporu a rozvoj komunikačních dovedností a na zvyšování kvality jejich života ve věznici i v budoucnosti při jejich reintegraci do společnosti.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to find an answer to the question "To what kind of subjectively perceived personal changes comes to the persons performing the detention, thanks to the function of social rehabilitation programs realized in the prison environment?" The bachelor's thesis "Influence of social rehabilitation programs on persons serving a prison sentence in the prison Kuřim" is dealing with the sentencing, the detention and its function, the structure of custodial system in Czech Republic and the history and present of prison Kuřim. Furthermore is dealing with the social rehabilitation programs applied under the condition of detention and the structure and content of social rehabilitation programs realized in the prison Kuřim. It underlines the confidence as being a very important and necessary integral to achieve an efficient effect of social rehabilitation process. The work describes subjectively perceived benefits for the frequentants of these programs having the function of social rehabilitation programs on the value system of persons in detention on their living through experiences, the field of building and keeping interrelationships, their self-esteem, support and development of communication skills and increasing the quality of their life in prison and in the future during their integration into the society.
