Analysis of the Recruitment process in ABC company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce analyzuje náborový proces ve vybrané organizaci působící v oblasti relokací, se zaměřením na klíčovou pozici relokačního konzultanta. Cílem práce je zmapovat současný stav náboru, odhalit jeho silné a slabé stránky a navrhnout doporučení pro zefektivnění procesu. Práce se skládá z teoretické, metodologické a empirické části, přičemž teoretická část definuje základní pojmy a procesy spojené s náborem, metodologická část stanovuje cíle a výzkumné otázky a popisuje použité metody, a empirická část popisuje náborový proces ve zkoumané společnosti na základě interních informací, pozorování, dotazníkového šetření a hloubkových rozhovorů. Výsledkem práce jsou doporučení pro zlepšení náborového procesu, která poslouží jako podnět k žádoucím změnám v organizaci.

Abstract:

This thesis analyzes the recruitment process in a selected organization operating in the relocation field, with a focus on the key position of Relocation consultant. The aim of the thesis is to map the current state of recruitment, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and propose recommendations for the process improvement. The thesis consists of a theoretical, methodological, and empirical part, with the theoretical part defining basic concepts and processes related to recruitment, the methodological part setting goals and research questions and describing the methods used, and the empirical part describing the recruitment process in the company based on internal information, observations, a questionnaire survey, and in-depth interviews. The outcome of the thesis is recommendations for improving the recruitment process, which will serve as an impulse for desirable changes in the organization.
