Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Nákup a řízení zásob ve vybraném podniku“ je zaměřena na zefektivnění řízení zásob a nákupního a dodavatelského procesu ve vybraném podniku RAM Steel, s. r. o. Analyzovaný podnik je specializován na svářečské práce a také na výrobu z hutního materiálu. Hlavním cílem této práce je určit aktuální stavy zásob a na jejich základě je provedena jejich optimalizace. Optimalizace je provedena na základě EOQ modelu s dílčími výpočty na držení a dopravu zásob a také na počet dodávek za plánové období. Optimalizace zásob byla provedena u 12 vybraných druhů materiálu, které byly na základě rozhovoru s jednatelem společnosti označeny jako klíčové. Součástí práce je analýza výběru dodavatelů, kdy za použití nominální stupnice, ordinární stupnice a váhového hodnocení byly objasněny současné stavy dodavatelů a navržena doporučení k dalšímu fungování s dodavateli. Výsledky optimalizace stavu zásob a analýzy dodavatelů byly podkladem pro navržení příslušných opatření vedoucích k efektivnímu chodu zásobovacího a skladovacího procesu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis „Purchase and inventory management in a selected company is focused to streamline invetory management and the purchasing and supply process in RAM Steel, s. r. o. The analyzed company is specialized in welding works and production from matallurgical material. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to determite the current state of stocks and on the basis of them the the state of stocks will be optimalized. Optimalization is performer based on the EOQ model with partial calculations of for holding and transport and also on the number of deliveries for the planned period. Inventory optimalization was performer on 12 selected types of material which were selected na the basis of an interview with company owner. A part of the work is the analysis of the selection of suppliers with using the ordinar scale, nominal scale and the weight rating and after that the current state of suppliers was clarified and recommendations for futher operation with suppliers were proposed. The results of the optimalization of state of stacks and the analysis of suppliers were basis for the design of appropriate measures tha lead to the efficient operation of supply and storage process.
