Amplifikace nebo nadměrná exprese genu ERBB2 je přítomna u 15-25 % pacientek s karcinomem prsu. Tento gen kóduje tyrosinkinázový receptor ErbB2 (HER2) podílející se na regulaci buněčné proliferace, diferenciace a apoptózy. Abstract:
The ERBB2 gene amplification or overexpression is detected in 15 to 25 % of breast cancer patients. This gene encodes a tyrosine kinase receptor ErbB2 (HER2) involved in regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis.
