Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu motivačního a stimulačního systému pracovníků v jednotlivých podnicích. V textu se zabývám popisem stimulů a motivů podmiňujících zaměstnance ke kvalitnější a intenzivnější práci. This work is focused on the analysis of the motivation and stimulation of workers in individual companies. The text deals with the description of incentives and motives conditioning the employees to work harder and better.
