Bussiness plan – establishing a sportswear brand

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu pro založení sportovní značky oblečení. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy související s podnikáním a podnikatelským plánem. Jsou zde uvedeny jednotlivé části podnikatelského plánu s jejich popisem, které jsou použity v následující praktické části. V praktické části je vypracován konkrétní podnikatelský plán na založení značky sportovního oblečení s potřebnými analýzami.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a sports clothing brand. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to business and business plan and contains parts of a business plan with their description, which are used in the following practical part. In the practical part, a specific business plan for the establishment of a sportswear brand with the necessary analyzes is developed.
