Bank reporting from the client´s perspective

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na bankovní reporting z pohledu externího uživatele a na to, zda a jakým způsobem může klient tyto informace využít ve svůj prospěch. Diplomová práce se orientuje na výroční zprávu banky, která je důležitým komunikačním a informačním nástrojem banky ve styku s veřejností. Zdůrazňuje její marketingovou úlohu v oblasti komunikace se zákazníky. V praktické části diplomové práce je proveden marketingový průzkum spokojenosti a loajality klienta se svojí hlavní bankou. Průzkum je vyhodnocován pomocí metod Net Promoter Score a The European Customer Satisfaction Index. Dále je provedena komparace obou metod, včetně vlastního hodnocení. Poté se praktická část přesouvá na soutěže týkajících se výročních zpráv. Proto je nezbytnou součástí práce i srovnání výsledku marketingového výzkumu, provedeného širokou veřejností a výsledku soutěže o nejlepší výroční zprávu, kde samotné výroční zprávy hodnotila odborná porota. V neposlední řadě je práce orientována na zásady Global Reporting Initiative, které se využívají při zpracovávání výročních zpráv.

Abstract:

Thesis focuses on bank reporting from the perspective of an external user and whether and how the client can use this information to your advantage . This thesis focuses on the bank's annual report, which is an important communication and information tool for banks dealing with the public. Emphasizes its role in marketing communications with customers. In the practical part of the thesis is conducted marketing research customer satisfaction and loyalty with their main bank. The survey is evaluated using the methods of Net Promoter Score and The European Customer Satisfaction Index. Furthermore is done comparison of both methods, including self-evaluation . Then it moves to contest relating to annual reports. Therefore, it is an essential part of a comparison result of marketing research, carried out by the general public and the reset of competition for best annual report, where the annual report is evaluated by jury. Finally, the work is focused on the principles of the Global Reporting Initiative, which is used for the processing of annual reports.
