The diploma thesis observes the current issue of possible development in the regional transport in the area of Usti Region with emphasis on railway transport. The restricted space is distinctive for disturbance of chosen railway lines. The transport operator considering these lines as nonprofitable and lossmaking puts these lines aside from its interest.
