Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat, jak tělesně postižená žena prožívá mateřství. Zda měla problém s otěhotněním a zda bylo těhotenství plánované. Dále jakým způsobem se vyrovnávala s narůstající zátěží v těhotenství, za porodu a v období šestinedělí. Byly zjišťovány i copingové strategie, které využívá. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou tělesného postižení ženy, jejím psychosociálním vývojem, těhotenstvím, porodem a následnou péčí o dítě. Součástí empirické části je případová studie ženy s tělesným postižením, která zahrnuje analýzu jejího těhotenství, porodu a zvládání péče o dítě po porodu. Metodika: Pro dosažení stanovených cílů byla zvolena metodika deskriptivní kazuistiky u záměrně vybrané ženy s tělesným postižením. Výsledky: Z případové studie vyplývá, že i tělesně postižená žena má možnost stát se matkou. Tělesně postižená žena se dokáže vyrovnat s narůstající zátěží pro organismus v období těhotenství, tak jako každá jiná zdravá nastávající maminka. Taktéž se dokáže postarat o vyvíjející se dítě a zajistit mu všechny potřeby k jeho správnému růstu a vývoji. Závěr: Ne každé tělesné postižení musí být vždy v kombinaci s mentálním postižením. To, že se ženě nedostatečně vyvinula některá končetina či jí chybí některá část končetiny, neznamená, že nemá mozek a nedokáže se tak o vyvíjející se dítě dostatečně postarat. I takováto žena má právo mít děti. Pokud jejímu těhotenství nebrání závažné zdravotní kontraindikace, tak se takováto žena dokáže bez větších problémů vyrovnat i s narůstající zátěží v období těhotenství a za porodu. Dokáže se o dítě postarat a zajistit mu všechny potřeby ke správnému vývoji. Není tedy důvod k tomu, aby děti neměla mít. Pokud se však nejedná o genetickou vadu, kdy by bylo riziko přenesení chybného genetického kódu na vyvíjející se plod. Nikdo nemá právo rozhodovat za svéprávnou tělesně postiženou ženu, zda by měla mít děti či nikoliv.

Abstract:

Object: The aim of this thesis was to map out how disabled woman experiencing motherhood. Whether she had a problem with the pregnancy and that pregnancy was planned. Furthermore, how to balance the growing demands of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Were collected and coping strategies used. The theoretical part deals with the characterisrics of disability, woman´s psychosocial development, pregnancy, birth and subsequent care of the child. The empirical part is a case study of woman with disabilities, which includes an analysis of her pregnancy, delivery and management of child care after birth. Methodology: To achieve its objectives , the chosen method of descriptive case studies deliberaly selected woman with physical disabilities. Results: The case study shows that even the physically handicapped woman has the opportunity to become a mother. Disabled woman can cope with the increasing burden of the body during the pregnancy, as well as any other healthy expenctant mother. Also, preaching-to take of the developing child and provide him all necessary for its proper growth and development. Conclusion: Not every physical disability must be in combination with mental disabilities. That woman isn´t sufficiently developer in some of her missing limb or some portions of limbs doesn´t mean that it has no brain and can not be so for the developing child care enought. Even such a woman has a right to have children. If pregnancy doesn´t prevent her serious medical contraindications, such as the woman is able to cope without major problems with growing demands during pregnancy and childbirth. Can the child care and provide it with all necessary for proper development. There is therefore no reasone to haven´t children. If, however, not a genetic defect, where the risk of an erroneous transfer of genetic code to the developing fetus. No one is allowed to decide for physicaly disabled woman enjoys the full rights that should have children or not.
