Opinions of inhabitants about life conditions in a housing estate

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zaměřuje na vybraná sídliště v České republice a na největší Slovensku. Poté sídlištěm Dubina, její historii a občanskou vybaveností. Také spokojeností, jak obecnou, tak se životem na sídlištích. V druhé části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření provedena analýza spokojenosti obyvatel sídliště Dubina se životem na sídlišti. Respondenti odpovídali na otázky týkající se bezpečí, parkovacích míst, dětských hřišť, či míst, kde mohou venčit psy a podobně. Důraz byl kladen na zjištění spokojenosti přes konkrétní faktory. Cílem šetření je zjistit spokojenost/nespokojenost obyvatel u jednotlivých faktorů. Cíle práce je na základně získaných dat zjistit celkovou spokojenost/nespokojenost obyvatel a případně navrhnout možná řešení k problematickým oblastem.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on selected housing estates in the Czech Republic and the largest Slovakia. Then, the settlement of Dubina, its history and civic amenities. Also with satisfaction, both general and life in the housing estates. In the second part, a questionnaire survey analyzes the satisfaction of the inhabitants of Dubina with the life in the housing estate. Respondents responded to questions about safety, parking, playgrounds, places where dogs can go and the like. Emphasis was placed on finding satisfaction over specific factors. The aim of the survey is to find satisfaction / dissatisfaction among the population of individual factors. The aim of the work is to find the overall satisfaction / dissatisfaction of the inhabitants with the basis of the obtained data and possibly propose possible solutions to problematic areas.
