Nutritional composition of edible insects
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nutriční složení hmyzu. Jsou analyzovány rozdíly v nutričním složení různých druhů hmyzu. V práci je uvedena platná legislativa a také jsou zmíněny rizika konzumace hmyzu. Dále jsou popsány způsoby analytického stanovení jednotlivých nutričních parametrů. This bachelor thesis focuses on the nutritional composition of insects. Differences in the nutri-tional composition of various insect species are analyzed. The current legislation is presented and the risks of insect consumption are also mentioned. Methods for the analytical determination of individual nutritional parameters are also described.
