Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem personálního řízení, získáváním, výběrem zaměstnanců a jeho nových trendů. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezením metod tradičního náboru a novým trendům ve výběru zaměstnanců. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu a identifikaci náborových trendů, které jsou využívány v oblasti lidských zdrojů a jejich nezbytnost v následujících letech.
