Optimization of transmission power in wireless sensor networks
Abstract:
Komunikace v bezdrátových senzorových sítích probíhá hop-by-hop, tedy datové pakety jsou zasílány z uzlu na uzel postupně až ke sběrné stanici (base station). Jednotlivé senzorové uzly si mohou nastavovat svůj vysílací výkon na různé hodnoty, přičemž platí, že s větším vysílacím výkonem roste kvalita spojení mezi komunikujícími stranami, ale rovněž zarušení komunikace v jiných částech sítě a zvětšuje …more

Communication in wireless sensor networks runs hop-by-hop, that data packets are sent from node to node gradually to the collection station (base station). Individual sensor nodes can adjust its transmit power to different values, whichever the larger transmission power increases the quality of the connection between the communicating parties, but also jamming communications in other parts of the network …more
