Abstract:

Předkládaná práce "Analýza trhu sázkových společností a vybraného titulu" je zaměřena na analýzu trhu kurzových sázek v Evropě s podrobnější fundamentální analýzou vybrané společnosti z oboru. Pro účely fundamentální analýzy byly zvoleny akcie české společnosti Fortuna Entertainment Group N.V. Práce se nejprve zaobírá vývojem, analýzou společnosti a jejími základními fundamenty na podnikové úrovni. Cílem je zjistit vnitřní hodnotu společnosti a porovnat ji s cenou na akciových trzích. Další částí práce je sektorová analýza, která se zaměřuje zejména na rozbor a vliv regulací ve státech Evropské unie. V sektorové analýze práce také porovnává několik společností operujících na evropských trzích a mezi sebou je hodnotí. Závěrečná část práce je věnována globální analýze s určením možných dopadů do hospodaření sázkové společnosti.

Abstract:

Presented thesis "Market Analysis betting companies and selected title" is focused on the analysis of sports booking market in Europe with a more detailed fundamental analysis of the selected company. I have selected shares of Fortuna Entertainment Group N.V. for the purposes of fundamental analysis. Firstly, the thesis deals with the development, analysis of the company, and its basic fundamentals at the business level. The aim is to determine the intrinsic value of the company and compare it with the price of the stock markets. Another part is the industry analysis which focuses on the analysis and the influence of regulation in EU Member States. The next part of thesis is industry analysis that compares several companies operating in the European markets and evaluates them. Final part of the thesis is aimed at global analysis to detect possible impacts on economies of the boxing company.
