Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vypracovat podrobný podnikatelský záměr pro Tetovací studio v Roudnici nad Labem. Práce bude zahrnovat finanční plán zakladatelský i provozní rozpočet. Vysvětlím způsob tvoření ceny v tomto oboru, navrhnu vhodnou podporu prodeje. V neposlední řadě vytvořím PERT diagram a také SWOT analýzu, která poukáže na případné hrozby a slabé stránky, na které je třeba se připravit. Navrhnu …more
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to develop a detailed business plan for a tattoo studio in Roudnice nad Labem. The thesis includes financial plan - founding and operating budget. I propose suitable sales support by explaining the way of prices formation in this sector.
