Od zavedenia eura sa očakávalo veľa. Jedni ho prijali s nadšením, iní s obavami. Aj keď boli vypracované rôzne štatistiky, nikto nevedel s istotou povedať ako sa nová mena príjme a aká bude jej budúcnosť.
