Czech legal regulation of work accident focusing on signs of work accident and liberation reasons
Abstract:
Klíčovým tématem práce je detailní popis znaků pracovního úrazu. Aspekty pracovního judikatury jsou rozebírány z poledu platné legislativy a současně i judikatury. U případů nedostatečně řešených českou judikaturou je problematika komparována s německou právní úpravou. SOučástí práce je též rozbor liberačních důvodů.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with the issue of work accident and focuses especially on examining the signs of work accident.
