Kindergarten teacher in the role of co-creators of school climate

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na učitelky mateřské školy v roli spolutvůrců školního klimatu. Východiskem tématu práce jsou typy a druhy školního klimatu, faktory ovlivňující klima školy a osobnost učitele jako spolutvůrce školního klimatu. Rovněž se zabývá mateřskou školou jako místem, kde se uskutečňuje předškolní vzdělávání a učiteli mateřské školy v roli spolutvůrce školního klimatu. Nejvýznamnějším faktorem je ředitelka mateřské školy její řízení a spolupráce s učiteli jako determinant pro utváření pozitivního školního klima. Dalším důležitým tvůrcem školního klima je kolegyně učitelky mateřské školy a rodiče jako posilující činitelé pozitivního školního klimatu. V empirické části bakalářské práce v kvantitativním přístupu jsme uskutečnily dotazníkový průzkum, ve kterém jsme si kladli za cíl zjistit, které faktory v mateřské škole ovlivňují učitelku ve vytváření pozitivního školního klimatu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the teachers in the kindergarten as the co-creators of the environment. The thesis is based on the types and kinds of environment, factors that influence the environment and the teacher's personality as the co-creator's of this environment. It also deals with the kindergarten as the place of pre-school education and the teachers as the co-creators of that environment. The most important factor is the headmistress of the kindergarten and it is her management and cooperation with other teachers that determines creation of positive kindergarten environment. Another important creator of kindergarten environment is the kindergarten teacher's colleague and the parents who work as strengthening agents of the positive kindergarten environment. The empirical part of the bachelor thesis assesses the results gained from questionnaire survey. The aim of the survey was to discover which factors in the kindergarten influence the teacher in her creating the positive kindergarten environment.
