The Institute of Registered Partnership Its Causes and Social Consequences
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem řešila problém českého zákona o registrovaném partnerství homosexuálních osob a jeho místo v našem právním řádu. Použila jsem i srovnání partnerské soužití de facto - neinstitucionalizovaných svazků, např. druh - družka a svazků de iure - v našem konkrétním případě manželství a registrované partnerství.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis is focused on the Act on registered partnership of same-sex partners and its position in our judicial code. I have also used the comparison of partner cohabitation de facto the type of partnership which is not institutionalized with a type of partnership de iure; in this particular case a marriage and a registered partnership.
