E-government in the Czech Law

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám jednou z moderních oblastí veřejné správy - e-governmentem. V teoretické části práce definuji pojem e-government, zabývám se jeho právní úpravou, vývojem a dosavadní implementací. Konkrétněji se zaměřuji na oblast elektronického doručování a využívání datových schránek. Součástí teoretické a obecné části je popis a analýza právní úpravy této problematiky a dosavadního stavu. Praktickou část jsem koncipovala do případové studie s názvem E-government v praxi – Magistrát města Kladna. V této části práce na konkrétním případu demonstruji zavádění e-governmentu do české veřejné správy.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis I deal with one of the modern part of the public administration – the e-government. In the theoretical part I define what the e-government means and describe its legislation, history and existing implementation. Specifically I focus on the electronic delivery and using of data boxes. In these theoretical and general parts are situated the legislation and existing state of this sphere. The practical part is conceived as case study called E-government in practice – Municipality of the city Kladno. In this part of the thesis I show the implementation of the e-government to the public administration.
