Bakalářská práce se zabývá oceňováním podle cenového předpisu, a to zákonem o oceňování a prováděcí vyhláškou, způsoby oceňování a členění staveb a pozemků. The Bachalor thesis is focused on an appraisal according to the Valuation Act and Valuation Regulation, appraisal metods, buildings and lands classifications.
