In this dissertation we attempt to present Czech-Polish linguistic interaction within the environment of Roman-Catholic priests in Zaolzie. The first part introduces the general characterization of the given region (its history, languages that are used, the situatioin of the Polish minority, etc.), the basics of the theory of language contact as well as the characterization of Zaolzie church environment …more
