Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem nízkonákladového cestování v letecké dopravě. Cílem práce je zjistit spokojenost zákazníků s úrovní poskytovaných služeb a identifikovat preference cestovatelů zaměřených na nízkonákladový cestovní ruch.
