Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na vnitřně vysídlené osoby v Ázerbájdžánu s přihlédnutím na roli státu a neziskových organizací v jejich životě. Fatální prohra konfliktu o Náhorní Karabach způsobila vysídlení téměř 1/10 ázerbájdžánského obyvatelstva. Tato studie se zabývá příčinami a procesem vysídlení stejně jako životními podmínkami těchto osob, z nichž některé žijí i 17 let mimo svůj domov.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the question of internally displaced persons (IDP) in Azerbaijan. It emphasizes the role of the government and non-governmental organizations in their lives. Fatal failure of Nagorno Karabakh conflict led to displacement of more than 1/10 inhabitants of Azerbaijan.
