Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je zhodnocení systému managementu kvality ve vybrané organizaci a jeho analýza. Cílem práce je následné navržení opatření pro zvyšování výkonnosti a zlepšení zavedeného systému kvality na základě principů platných kvalitativních norem a moderních přístupů k řízení managementu kvality podniku.
Abstract:
This thesis evaluates and analyses quality management system in a selected organization. The aim of this diploma work is to design steps to be taken to increase the performance and the improvement of the introduced quality system based on valid quality standard principles and modern approaches to the company quality management.
